Sabine our great Assistent and book keeper

is Christine's right hand and keeps record of our bookkeeping in Switzerland as well as in Egypt. She also takes good care to our guests and is always motivated and ready for fun.

After providing us with so much help she has earned a break and is leaving in December 2009 to travel in Australia for three months. We want her back already and are going to miss her very much. :-)
