Our city apartment is newly furnished and renovated. It offers a spacious living quarters and an open kitchen. The large hallway directs one to two bedrooms and a bath with bathtub. One bedroom is our private area and is not rented.

The second and larger bedroom is prepared with fresh linens and towels, a large closet and dresser. Two single beds, thought for 2 people, are in the large bedroom but 4 people could also have a go at it.

A new TV in the living room is ready for those non-sun lovers and couch surfers.

The apartment building is in great condition and offers an elevator, swimming in both a pool and the sea, with a beach.

The city apartment lies right in the center of Hurghada and our partner "Panorama Divers" is right around the corner. There you can find dive trips and packages with the daily boats plus for the non-diver; fishing and a romantic sunset cruises are offered.

Just a short skip from the apartment is the main stretch with plenty of shopping opportunities, plus bars and fun activities. The city is really pumping and you can truly feel part of it.

Rent:
1-2 People 30 Euro per day for the Apartment (not per person!)
3-4 People 40 Euro per day for the Apartment (not per person!)
plus cleaning 20 Euro per week.

Unser City-Apartment ist nigelnagelneu möbliert und renoviert worden. Es bietet eine moderne offene Küche mit grossem Wohnraum. Der grosse Gangbereich führt zu zwei Schlafzimmern und einem grossen Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Ein Schlafzimmer wird jedoch geschlossen und nicht vermietet, da wir dort unsere privaten Sachen haben.
Das zweite, grössere Schlafzimmer ist für dich und deine Mitreisenden bereit mit frischer Bettwäsche und Badetüchern. Grossem Kleiderschrank und Schminkkomode. Es hat 2 Französische Betten für je 2 Personen. Man könnte also zu Viert drin schlafen. :-)
Der Wohnraum ist mit einem TV ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Gebäude im 3. Stockwerk (mit Lift) und bietet einen Swimming Pool und Beach an.

Das City-Apartment liegt schön mitten in Hurghada und bietet dennoch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Es bietet einen schönen Pool mit Launches zum wohlfühlen und gleich über der Strasse können unsere Gäste an einen schönen Strand. Unsere Partner, Panorama Divers, sind auch gleich hinter dem Haus und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und Tips.
Wir bieten Tauchen, Fischerausflüge und romantische Sunset-Schiffsfahrten an.

Gleich vor dem Haus führt die Strasse an viele Shops, Bars und Vergnügungen vorbei. Die Stadt pulsiert und Du kannst es miterleben.

Mietpreis:
1-2 Personen 30 EUR pro Tag für das Apartment (nicht pro Person!)
3-4 Personen 40 EUR pro Tag für das Apartment (nicht pro Person!)

Endreinigung pauschal 20 Euro pro Woche.
